hOW TO oRDER

  • The ordering process is done via phone call or email if necessary.

    Once you submit a project request form, we will contact you within 1-5 business days. You can also reach out to us during business hours to order or ask any questions.

  • On our first phone call, we will need some specific information.

    Once we have the following, we will send you a quote for approval.

    • Garment Types

    • Garment Quantities & Sizes

    • Number of Print Locations (1-4)

      • Front Center or Left chest

      • Back Center

      • Left Sleeve

      • Right Sleeve

    • Number of Print Colors Per Location

      • Up to 5 Print Colors

      • Ask us about direct to film (DTF) heat transfers if you have more than 5 colors in your design.

    • Deadlines

    • Billing & Shipping Address

    • Your Graphics

  • Once you approve our quote, we will begin working on your mockups and/or designs.

  • Once you approve your quote and mockups, you can pay your invoice in the following ways.

    • Online payment with a credit/debit card or bank transfer

    • Over the phone with a credit/debit card

  • Production takes 1-3 weeks.

    Once your invoice has been paid and mockups have been approved, we will enter your project into production and update you when it’s ready for pickup or shipping.
